#4 - Where In The World Is This Port Located (Neka, Iran) and Why Is It A Threat (Read Below)?

Crude Oil Port

Crude Oil Port, Detail
Peio of MAGIC Instinct Software knows his ports. He knows that this relatively recent Iranian port is located at the southern end of the Caspian Sea. I am still wondering if any of you know why it is a threat to the big 5 oil companies? Why it allows Russia and Iran to further bond national and economic interests? How Russian oil off-loaded at this small port turns into Iranian oil at Iran's Persian Gulf oil facilities?
I don't mean to be cryptic. The Neka port is able to off-load Russian oil and trade it for an equal amount of Iranian oil at Iran's Persian Gulf facilities - a barrel of Russian crude for a barrel of Iranian crude. Iran forms an economic alliance with Russia, Russia circumvents the Baku-Tiblisi-Ceyhan pipeline running from the Caspian area through Turkey and terminating at Turkey's Mediterranean port of Ceyhan. Iran gains a superpower ally and Russia gains a Middle Eastern foothold without fighting a war.
