#4 - Where In The World Is This Port Located and Why Is It A Threat?

Crude Oil Port

Crude Oil Port, Detail
This isn't an island and it isn't located on an island. That said, I still challenge you to locate it. What struck me about this port was the modest size, however it's impact is felt worldwide. Where is this port located and why is it a threat to the big 5 oil corporations?
The detailed image is added to show you how messy the oil business is. At $88 a barrel, how much money is floating within the off-loading area. Probably a couple thousand dollars worth of the black gold.
*Since adding the above comment, a reader suggested that the swirling muck is most likely sediments from the tugs moving the tankers into place.
Again, Where in the world is this port located and why is it a threat to western oil interests?
Enjoy!
P.S. - Still no takers on the location of this port. Come on! Someone out there knows the location of this critically important port and why it is so important to the oil industry.

Probably isn't oil. Looks more like bottom sediment that has been stirred up by tugboats moving a ship into place.

Peio,
You are absolutely correct. Now can you explain why it represents a threat to western oil interests?
